TERMS , CONDITIONS AND GUARANTEE INFORMATION

GUARANTEE

All service calls outs are covered by a 3 month guarantee

All parts are covered by a 3 month guarantee unless stated otherwise at the time of fitting.
Parts and service call out guarantees start from the date of the first visit as long as the invoice for the total service call is paid in full otherwise there is no guarantee.

PAYMENT TERMS

Appliance Lab Accept Cash or Card payments but not Cheques.

(Card payments are subject to a 2,75% fee of the total Invoice including the Card fee).

Payment for service calls and parts supplied is expected within 7 days starting from and including the date of the invoice.
If the invoice remains unpaid on the 8th day a debt recovery fee of £40 pounds may be added to the amount owed and a new invoice may be issued replacing the original invoice which will become void.

CANCELLATIONS

Booked service calls must be cancelled (at the latest) the day before the service call is due to take place.
If the service call is not cancelled in time you maybe liable for an aborted service call charge of 1\2 a call out fee.
Which must be paid within  7 days or at the next service call (which ever is sooner) before  any work is carried out.

PARTS

All parts remain the property of Appliance Lab until the invoice for the total service call is paid in full.
